Auto Signature Setup in Microsoft Outlook
All emails sent from SCOE email accounts should include a signature. Click here for instructions on auto email signature setup and the information to include in your signature. 
Join a WebEx Remote Support Session
Click the above link to join a WebEx remote support session that has already been started by a SCOE technology support representative.  Your support representative will guide you through the process over the telephone.  After clicking on the above link, you may need to respond to your computer's prompts to install a small add-in program to your web browser.
Lightspeed Spam Filtering portal

Outlook Web Access (OWA) for Employees
Click the link above to use our web-based e-mail system.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  You can't just use your regular username to log in to OWA.  You need to enter SCOE\emailname where "emailname" is the part of your e-mail address before the "@" symbol.

So if your e-mail address is FFlintstone@solanocoe.net then you must enter SCOE\FFlintstone in the Username box. Read a document explaining how to use this system by clicking here.
