Room Reservations

To request the use of any SCOE conference or meeting rooms, please follow the procedures below:

  • Find out more about individual rooms in our Document Library, below
  • Outside organizations must complete a Facility Use Request (FUR) form

Proof of Insurance is required before any requested event receives final approval

SCOE requires a minimum of $ 1 Million liability coverage and must be acknowledged as an additional insured. Proof of Insurance must be received within 7 days following your request.

Email Facilities to CANCEL an event: Date, Time, Event Title, Location/Room(s), Schedule ID, and Reason
