The link below is for the 2025-26 Annual Notifications Checklist. This online submission is DUE AUGUST 31.

Hybrid Teleworking Form Links
Each packet is set up to go through the proper approvals; once the packet is complete you will receive an approval confirmation from HR. Until that email is received, teleworking is not approved. For questions, please email LReyes@solanocoe.net.
It it not necessary to complete a renewal until 2 weeks prior to the expiration date; unless there is a change in days.
Agreements are for any 6 month period; it is not required to do them July-Dec. etc.
Be sure to enter your SCOE email address. Alternate emails cannot be accepted.
