Want to Register?

Coping with COVID-19 Webchats were launched as a result of a survey conducted by the Youth Development Department, in which students reported struggles with healthy coping strategies, mental health (increased anxiety and stress), time management and more during quarantine. Webchats serve as a resource for youth and cover a wide range of topics, with an emphasis on mental health, they are FREE and open to youth ages 14-21. All webchats will be recorded and posted on this site (at a later date), with the EXCEPTION of the Mental Health Mondays; this series will not be recorded due to confidentiality.
