SCHOOL-BASED MOBILE CRISIS

SCHOOL-BASED MOBILE CRISIS

Specially trained Solano County Office of Education (SCOE) Crisis Specialists respond to students in crisis at all 6 districts and one charter school within Vallejo.  They provide crisis risk assessment to determine if a student who is expressing suicide/homicide ideation can be stabilized within the community or if the young person needs to be transported to a local emergency room.  All students are supported in being connected to mental health resources that can support on-going safety.”

DROP-OUT PREVENTION

DROP-OUT PREVENTION

SCOE Clinicians support the districts throughout Solano by conducting behavioral health screenings on students who are identified as at risk for dropping out of school.  If the young person has MediCal Insurance, they receive an additional comprehensive assessment prior to being referred to Solano County Behavioral Health for treatment.
