CLEAR ADMINISTRATIVE CREDENTIAL PROGRAM (CACP) AND INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP COACHING
Solano County Office of Education (SCOE) offers a Clear Administrative Credential Program (CACP) as part of a Local Program with the Association for California School Administrators (ACSA). Our Clear Administrative Credential Program is two years and approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Candidates are provided with an individualized, job-embedded process to clear their credential with one-on-one coaching support from seasoned, successful, Solano County administrators.
Eligibility Requirements for CACP:
- Possess a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility
- Be employed in a position requiring an Administrative Services Credential
SCOE also offers an Instructional Leadership Coaching (ILC) Program for experienced administrators to develop leadership, capacity, independence, and self-confidence.
Participants of our CACP and ILC Program receive:
- Mentoring from an experienced administrator
- Individualized, online, and on-site coaching
- Phone/e-mail coaching as needed
- Empowering resources, research, and strategies
- Goal oriented and data driven feedback
- Personalized professional development plan
